To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Monitor production plans and provide corrective action as necessary to meet demands.
• Educate associates in proper procedures of company policy, safety and quality issues, and production requirements.
• Maintain production schedule by staying within production and shipping scheduling.
• Conduct department meetings with associates on current issues such as quality, attendance, safety, housekeeping, and production requirements.
• Adaptability to changing production demands and priorities
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

This full-time, 3^rd shift salary role is a part of our Bluffton, Ohio  team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
• Hands-on experience in the automotive industry
• A track record of successfully managing and developing teams
• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and quality
• History of maintaining a safe work environment and reducing workplace incident
• Experience with scheduling, production planning, and inventory management
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Manufacturing administration skills
