Shipping Team Lead 

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Prior material handling experience or eligible to be an Autokiniton certified HI/LO operator.
• Good knowledge of Autokiniton parts & part numbers.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Positive team player.
• Self-motivated
• Able to work any shift.
• Available to work overtime as needed
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Previous shipping experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• all customer orders are packaged and labeled to customer specification.
• Ensure customer pickup window times are met.
• Ensures Ensure all containers are tagged with the correct part number and quantity.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cared for including hilos, docks, etc.
• Work with Supervisors and Managers to solve daily issues.
• Communicate potential part shortages to plant.
• Assist in maintaining accuracy of finished goods inventory.
• Ensure all items received are verified for correct part number and quantity and receiver is signed and dated.
• Ensure FIFO is being met.
• Others duties as assigned

·          PAY AND SHIFT TIMES

Rate of pay $23.00-$26.00 + .75 shift premuim 

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.
