To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Provide direction and leadership to department colleagues consistent with plant and department business plan goals.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and development for colleagues.
• Ensure accountability and discipline within the department.  
• Oversee the activities of the warehouse and coordinate shipping docks to effectively support plant operations.
• Drive and oversee corresponding root cause analysis and corrective action.

This salary role is a part of our plant Materials team and reports to the Materials Manager.

Required experience:

·         Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse management.

·         Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

·         Familiar with Just-In-Time concept.

·         Understanding and experience with inventory control procedures.

·         Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
