As a Press Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the press operations, ensuring the production of high-quality parts while maintaining safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of operators, scheduling production runs, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime. • 5+ to 7 years of experience in a press or manufacturing supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with press operations in the automotive industry
• A track record of successfully managing and developing teams

• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and quality
• History of maintaining a safe work environment and reducing workplace incidents
• Experience with scheduling, production planning, and inventory management
• Prior involvement in employee training and performance evaluations
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting
• A 2-year degree in a relevant field, such as manufacturing technology or engineering
