Job Summary
The International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) Auditor will be responsible for auditing sustainability related schemes and services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Execution of ISCC/Carbon/Sustainability/Food Safety and other management system audits and reporting as per standard procedures and regulatory standards in alignment with client requirements or internationally recognized requirements.
- Reporting audit results accurately and timely manner in compliance with organization and industry requirements.
- Technical review for specific Schemes via ISCC/Carbon certification
- Updating related regulations requirements and report
- Maintenance of compliance against accreditation requirements
- Supporting business development efforts with customer referrals and working collaboratively for smooth delivery of projects.
Required Skills
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years industrial experience
o Proven Experience conducting audits against ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 standards
o Comprehensive knowledge of sustainability, carbon accounting, supply chain traceability and energy efficient principles.
o Familiarity with ISCC system requirements, including the ISCC EU and ISCC PLUS schemes (preferred, but not mandatory)
o Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, lifecycle analysis (LCA), and risk assessment practices
o Form auditor/lead auditor training and certification in ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001
o Excellent report writing and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
· High Ethical standards and a commitment to impartiality and transparency
· Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and certification bodies
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required for audits
· Adaptable and eager to stay up to date on evolving sustainability standards and best practices.
