The CRC Financial Systems Department is seeking to fill a System Analyst support position. This position is located in Long Beach, CA. The starting base wage for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $70k-$80k annually, with a target annual bonus opportunity of 10% of wages paid. Your actual level and base salary, however, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. - Administer Travel & Entertainment card and PCard expense programs
- Administer Delegation of Authority approval limits
- Monitor jobs processing and security maintenance for SAP Concur, Oracle, and in-house Delegation of Authority
- Assist with documentation for internal and external auditors as required
- Analyze data as needed
- Complete Account Reconciliations as assigned
- Provide user training as necessary
- Fulfill administrative duties for the department
- Participate in system or process improvement projects as needed
- Review and coordinate the distribution of monthly departmental financial statements
- Work on service tickets for financial systems
Required Experience
Required qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years experience
• General Accounting knowledge or Audit experience is a plus
• Experience with Concur strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, with high degree of initiative and strong analytical skills; detail oriented
• Ability to Multitask and meet short term deadlines, solve problems in stressful situations
• Adaptive to new financial systems software and analysis tools
• Effective team player
