· Follow all safety rules presented by CRC
· Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable status
· Maintain tools and equipment
· Maintain a clean, safe work area
· Disassemble, clean, troubleshoot & repair pumps, Internal combustion engines, compressors and other rotating equipment.
· Generate repair work scopes and parts requirements
· Must read and comprehend drawings
· Use of micrometers and machinist measuring tools as required
· Assemble pumps, engines, and other related mechanical equipment
· Test assembled equipment
· Perform alignments on rotating equipment
· Apply coatings and paints to pumps and parts as required
· Pick up and deliver/install parts and pumps
· Log time for tasks performed on each job
· Basic computer skills
· Participate in continuous training
· Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) on equipment
· General site cleanup
· TEG Dehydrator repair
· General pipefitting
- Interact with suppliers, vendors, colleagues, and customers maintaining professionalism
Required Experience
· High School diploma followed by the technical school or apprenticeship training, experience relating to mechanical maintenance
· 10-15 years of previous maintenance and mechanical experience in construction/maintenance environment, at least 5 of them in the oil field.
· Excellent interpersonal skills in interfacing and team building
· Capability, flexibility, and willingness to adjust to new technologies and apply prior knowledge
· Demonstrate and practice safe handling of hand tools and hand power tools typically and commonly used in installation and maintenance tasks
· Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment, including but not limited to, Multi-Stage Pumps; internal combustion engines, reciprocating and rotary compressors; and engines using the appropriate tools and test equipment
· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record
