Audio Visual Command Meeting (AVCM) Engineer 

Duty Location: 4790 Cummings Rd., BLDG 3655, San Diego, CA

Active Top Secret Clearance Required

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Travel within assigned zone and provide augmentation support to other zones as required

· Support Senior Executive Service (SES) and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces

· Install, pull, terminate, and test all Audio Visual (AV) cables, connectors, and interfaces

· Install projection screens, plasma displays, and various types of speakers

· Perform installation of AV systems at client sites

· Read and interpret blueprints and wire AV equipment racks

· Serve as Lead Audio Visual Engineer

· Manage AV projects involving various models and manufacturers of equipment

· Perform testing, analysis, and corrective actions on systems, networks, hardware, and software

· Demonstrate knowledge of all wire and connector types used for AV-related cabling

· Support Audio Visual equipment, internet-based video solutions, switchers, codecs, interfaces, and room design

· Access classified areas to support Enterprise JWICS system hardware installation and troubleshooting

· SIPR and JWICS user accounts are not required

 


Required Experience

Minimum Requirements:

· Requires a minimum of one of the following: AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification or. AVIXA CTS certification

· Five (5) years of relevant experience and experience working with:

o Crestron

o Cisco

o Biamp/AMX

o Extron

· At time of proposal the contractor must possess a High Risk, Top Secret, Critical Sensitive with a Tier 5/SSBI investigation.

· Access to Classified: Top Secret
