Duties May Include:

  • Supports the ISP Governance Manager by attending, coordinating and recording meetings, boards, forums, documenting working group related documentation, processing action items, tracking status and milestone accomplishments, and creating briefings / presentations
  • Supports the ISP Governance Manager with updating and managing ISP workflows, queues and assignments in the NGA change request tools and databases
  • Supports the ISP Governance Manager with the successful execution of ISP governance boards and forums to include the IRAB and TLF for the Government chairperson
  • Performs analysis of all ISP special order requirements and provide recommendations to the Integration program manager on performance, cost and schedule to drive delivery of services to meet customer needs

Required Skills

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Technology; or equivalent work experience in Information Technology
  • Demonstrated specialized experience advising an IC or DoD agency in total lifecycle acquisition management
  • Demonstrated specialized experience advising an IC or DoD agency in configuration management processes
  • Demonstrated specialized experience performing strategic planning and working with customers to define, plan, prioritize and optimize requirements
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with ISP technologies and solutions
  • Demonstrated specialized experience facilitating requirement boards, engineering boards, forums, change control boards, management boards, or working groups

Desired Skills:

  • Certified ITIL for IT Service management
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with executing an NGA IT board, forum or working group
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with documenting meeting minutes for IT technical exchange meetings or engineering boards
  • Demonstrated specialized experience utilizing SharePoint for configuration management
  • Demonstrated specialized experience utilizing ITSM tools for ticket management
  • Demonstrated specialized experience coordinating, documenting and updating ticket workflows for IT services
  • Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience with acquisition or management of NGA ISP or IC ITE contracts

  • 8 years of total experience; 6 of those should be specialized
