Order Fulfillment & Licensing Specialist

Finance
•    Responsible for day-to-day operational duties, invoicing, invoice generation for assigned portfolio of countries and ensure invoices sent to customers on timely manner
•    Prepares adjustments (credit/debit memos) when necessary and ensuring the adjustments is prepared in accordance with the relevant policies and approval.
•    Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills and billing reports
•    Responsible for sales revenue accounting in accordance with the corporate’s revenue recognition policies
•    Maintain accuracy of Revenue Recognition in reporting
•    Perform month-end close activities 
•    Liaise with internal and external on billing related matters, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement

Order processing
•    Ensuring a fast and unproblematic handling of the order process of Kofax in EMEA
•    Creating of customer orders in the ERP system
•    Creating of order documentation and responsibility for the delivery
•    Controlling of internal sales conditions (pricing, discount, delivery conditions, license compatibility)
•    Communication with sales and inside sales of our local entities
•    Interface to manufacturing in terms of fulfilling the day-to-day business

•    Basic knowledge and fundamental accounting concepts and procedures is a must
•    Understanding for software licensing models
•    Capacity for team work, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and readiness of mind
•    Structured and detailed oriented work attitude
•    Customer centered thinking
•    System knowledge of an ERP system
•    Good MS-Office-knowledge

•    Finance or Order Management Clerk experience
•    Commercial or finance education and knowledge
•    Experience in administrative work (sales administration)
•    Good English and Hungarian communication skills
