THE TEAM  

Make-A-Wish America is the national headquarters for our organization, providing resources and support for our Chapters around the country. The Integrated Fundraising Team's focus is to maximize donor engagement and elevate fundraising programs across the country. This work includes executing on national strategies and consulting with Chapters to amplify regional fundraising programs.   

 

THE ROLE  

The Manager, Digital Programs, oversees the day-to-day execution for the centralized email program. The email program serves as a primary function of Integrated Fundraising communication to donors and prospective donors. This position will serve as the point person for all email campaigns, including but not limited to, content creation, list segmentation and dissemination of copy.   

 

WHERE YOU COME IN   

As the Manager, Digital Programs you will:                                                             

  • Manages email marketing design, development, testing, segmentation and deployment using the required applications. 
  • Designs messaging tests and acts on results to optimize program performance. 
  • Communicates program updates across the enterprise.  
  • Provides input into email templates for national and chapter use. 
  • Develops campaign wrap-up reports to be shared across the organization.  
  • Leads analysis and reporting on program performance. 
  • Collaborates with teams within the national office and chapters to identify new fundraising opportunities, streamline processes and grow fundraising channels. 
  • Partners with and supports other Integrated Fundraising team members for maintenance of donation forms and receipts, creation of custom landing pages, optimization of online tribute products and others as needed. 
  • Performs other related job duties, as assigned.    

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integrated fundraising or online marketing preferred. 
  • Strong computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Proficiency with HTML and email/web design preferred. 
  • Prior experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver or other design software preferred. 
  • Prior experience working with Luminate Online, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other fundraising databases preferred. 
  • Prior experience working in a non-profit organization desired.
