Seeking talented intelligence professionals with extensive experience utilizing the Palantir Gotham Platform. You will work side-by-side with intelligence analysts and law enforcement personnel to train and mentor Palantir users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop unique workflows while solving challenging problems. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a law enforcement enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.



  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Assist analysts with Palantir helpdesk issues, such as login, Java troubleshooting, and Palantir feature best practices
  • Strong knowledge of excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Experience training intelligence workflows in both deskside and classroom environments
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of hardware, networks, and server administration, system troubleshooting
  • Law Enforcement Experience a plus
