Facilities Management Administrative Specialist
The contractor shall maintain and manage the facility key control program using the
Keeper Key control system software; maintain and manage the facility baseline drawings, create space utilization strategic planning diagrams utilizing AutoCAD/VISIO software, facility
IN/OUT Processing accountability sheets; develop, create and maintain facility data and
accountability spreadsheets and maintain and administer Archibus system software for
USCENTCOM facilities. The contractor shall ensure that all Facilities Maintenance Team
members have Archibus account access and provide user interface training as required. This
task requires customer service support M-F from 07:00-16:00.
Required Skills 6 or more years facility management. Expert knowledge of MS Office Software; Archibus training: Fundamentals, System Administration, and System Integration; Basic and Advanced AutoCAD, VISIO.
