This position will provide support from McKean’s Arlington, VA office and directly support the Fleet Introduction Support Services contract. Candidate will be responsible for administrative support tasks to include financial tasks, meeting support, status reports, creating presentations and project control support. Specific requirements include:


  • Update and maintain the Project Management Plan with contract related data (roster, charge code access, travel projections, travel/ODC funding, etc.)
  • Create and track standard Purchase Requests within CostPoint to incrementally fund subcontractors
  • Initiate and manage all required mProcurement workflow actions
  • Assist with Visit Request submissions through Security
  • Coordinate the processing and administration of new hires (NDA, CAC application, Welcome Aboard package, etc.)
  • Assist in the completion of all new hire actions within the Silkroad Onboarding System
  • Assist in the completion of all off-boarding/termination actions (government notification, badge collection, etc.)
  • Manage contract charge codes
  • Manage charge code access requests for contract specific charge codes
  • Maintain / track administrative items (i.e. training certificates, Verizon aircards, cell phones, stipends, etc.)
  • Assist employees with processing of travel expense authorizations/expense reports
  • Manage contract teleconference lines; conduct monthly invoice review
  • Track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and obtain signed DD 250 forms as required
  • Review subcontractor invoices and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate and participate in program meetings as required
  • Maintain Project Control Analyst specific folders on contract SharePoint site
  • Assist with contract supply purchase requests
  • Assist with Monthly Status Report as required
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned


Required Skills


  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Detail oriented and efficient multi-tasker and able to learn new tasks and concepts quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral); able to effectively interact with customers and associates at all levels

Required Experience


  • BA/BS in Business or related field preferred or equivalent
  • 1+ years of related experience supporting DOD clients, Navy preferred
  • Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
