As the Operations Specialist for Revint’s DRG Validation (DRG) solution, your role will be to support the Client Delivery functions through creation, validation and continual enhancements of client reporting.  Additionally, the Operations Specialist will take primary responsibility on all support ticket resolution. As capacity allows, assist with Client Delivery initiative work such as template creation, business continuity or training.  The Operations Specialist will report to a Client Delivery Director.


  • Oversee the weekly DRG Reconciliation report development and delivery for multiple clients
    • Verify accuracy
    • Track and document trends and Client errors
    • Identify Client recoding trends that may impact revenue
    • Identify Client data issues that may be impacting accuracy within the DRG tool
    • Contribute towards the evolution of DRG Reconciliation Reports
  • First response on all support tickets both internal and external
  • Handle the resolution of all support tickets and communication to Client/internal stakeholder
  • Support ad-hoc Client reporting requests
  • Support 1-2 tier three maintenance Clients
  • Support Client Delivery leads with various tasks throughout client implementations
  • Contribute to the development of new reporting methods
  • Contribute to the enhancement of existing reporting methods
  • Contribute towards achievement of DRG service line goals



  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proven experience in working with at least one reporting based product (MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc)
  • Proven experience in building reports, validating data and providing analysis
  • HS diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Desire to continue to learn and advance skills in new technologies (Jira, VSO, Power BI, MS Project, etc)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including basic to intermediate Excel functions
