JOB SUMMARY:

Assists with all activities of the Commissary to prepare and present all food items to be delivered to a variety of clients.  Travel to various sites where food will be prepared, present and served.  Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations with established TVCCA’s policies and procedures.  Assist the Commissary staff in packaging and assembly of food products and supplies needed for nutrition sites. Assist in daily cleaning and sanitation of commissary equipment, pots, pans, utensils, floors and refrigeration units.


Required Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and 3-5 years of experience, or 7 years of experience cooking and supervising in the food industry.
  • Possess a valid ServSafe or equivalent certificate.
  • Basic computer skills required.
