We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support Office Of Military Commission (OMC) Information Technology (IT) Support Services in Washington, DC. The successful (OMC) candidate will  provide operational and maintenance (O&M) support for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS system infrastructure.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

·         7+ years related technical experience with Microsoft Administration in an Enterprise environment , including Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, and Visual Basic Scripting.

·         4+ years of experience working tasks of similar size and scope, with large-scale enterprise/global networks in a high paced diverse environment.

·         4+ years of experience with the following IT Disciplines: Security Configuration Windows Server/Windows 10 and/or Windows 11, Microsoft SCCM or similar technologies, maintaining PKI Infrastructure, implementing and managing VDI Infrastructure, and server virtualization technologies.

      ·        Preferred; 3 years’ experience with Volmetric data encryption solutions.

      ·       Must be IAT III

-        VMware certified professional and  one of the following:

-        MSCE – Microsoft Systems Engineer Core Infrastructure

-        Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

·       In-depth understanding and experience with the DOD Architecture Framework and other key DOD network architecture and strategic planning instructions.

·       Installation, operations, and maintenance of the below products and services:

-                       Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2/2016.

-                      Server Virtualization Technologies

-                      Microsoft SCCM

-                      Backup Solutions (such as CommVault, Veritas, etc.)

-                      Microsoft Active Directory and supporting technology (DNS, Group Policy, Etc.

-                      Maintaining PKI Infrastructure

·       Installation, operations, and maintenance of the below systems infrastructure components:

-                      Servers & System appliances

-                      NAS/SAN Storage/Tape Backups desirable

-                      VMWare vSphere & vCenter

·       Deploying/managing/optimizing servers in virtualized (VMWare) environment.

·       Developing & utilizing PowerShell scripts.

·       Utilizing change and configuration management processes and procedures (ITIL)

Travel: May be required to travel occasionally between NCR and NSGB locations.

Security Clearance: US TOP SECRET (TS) / Eligible for SCI security clearance
