Customer: ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)

Job Description:

  • Support Homeland Security Investigations agents and analysts with case support
  • Provide desk-side Palantir training to agents and analysts
  • Provide Palantir training in a class-room setting to agents and analysts
  • Staff the help desk: respond to Palantir user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product

Required Skills

Required Skills:

  • Two years of prior experience providing training and employee support services for the Palantir Gotham software platform, at least one year of which shall have been in the context of a federal law enforcement organization
  • Active TS Security Clearance required (Clearance must be within scope and adjudicated)
