Job Description – Distribution Feeds Group Onshore Support (New York):

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Research distribution to Vendors
  • Accountable to the client for ensuring data integrity of information residing in the Reference Data Repository (RDR) and Profiles application
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with the clients and be their go-to person in matters that warrant an onshore response for all distribution-related matters
  • Work within the AMRS Production team to support AMRS region for Research distribution, be the go-to person for distribution and profile-related queries
  • Support Business Managers across various divisions within the Bank on distribution
  • Accountable for quality of service provided by offshore team in conjunction with offshore Leads
  • Work closely with third-party vendors (Bloomberg, Capital iQ, Factset, Thomson Reuters) and internal platforms to troubleshoot any issues
  • Execute high profile / sensitive projects for the client while maintaining utmost confidentiality
  • Attend weekly meetings with clients to gather feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Present reports and analyses to senior client management
  • Conduct periodic reviews / audits to assess gaps, and discuss improvement opportunities with Offshore Leads and Managers
  • Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices are documented and available at all times for the business and offshore team
  • Assist offshore Leads with training / coaching the offshore team
  • Conduct annual audit on the process along with offshore team and ensure process data is accurate
  • Participate in testing various client application tools as and when a new version is released
  • Prepare and execute test cases based on business requirements for application enhancements
  • Coordinate / actively participate in deployment calls to represent the business during weekend technology releases

Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm ET

  • Awareness of technology release cycles and User Acceptance Testing is a plus
