Manager - Quality (Black Belt)
Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables and Mini Tab
Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
Green Belt / Black Belt Certification (certified 2 - 3 years preferred)
Workflow mapping skills in Visio
Ability to solve complex problems, focusing on solutions beyond the symptom and get to the root cause.
Communication that exudes a level of confidence and authority in the field.
Able to articulate what the data is telling in a way that it can be easily understood
Pareto and trending analysis

Leading the MBF process requires:
Ability to collect, analyze data from multiple sources (Google doc, EtQ and RCA's) and present in a meaningful way
Have a clear understanding of the business processes and the unique characteristics between clients
Lead Six Sigma performance discussions internally and client facing
Able to manage customer and production teams, challenging their resolve and encouraging them to drive the improvements in the action plan.
Perform FMEA's as needed.
Time Management that coordinates the completion of the MBF with the client QBR while avoiding client scheduling conflicts
Ability to communicate with our clients at all levels of their organization
Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and ease
